Mental Health at work
Helping people recovering from burn-out pushed me to envision the many possible improvements that could prevent mental harm from settling at work and help companies as well as their talents avoiding distress. I find mental harm preventive processes essential, but I also deliver remedial training to help employees thriving both at work and in their personal life. I'm a Mental Health FirstAider® certified by MHFA England.
