I help you to overcome challenges, recover from illness or reach a personal goal by delivering a 100% personalized program and providing with tools to become completely independent with your practice.

How does the therapy work ?
The first meeting is mostly an exchange where you'll experience a short initiation to sophrology.
Once we have discussed all your needs, I'll set up a 100% personalized program to help you reach your goals.
The amount of sessions provided relies on your needs, it often changes from one person to another.
A session always starts with an exchange, followed by a few dynamic exercises, followed by a positive visualization (guided meditation). We will finally exchange a last time on how you felt through the session.
An adult session will last approx. 60 min (90 min for the first session) whereas a kid session will last approx. 45 min.
